This Privacy Policy explains how Uncovr Technologies Inc. (“Uncovr,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our mobile apps and websites (the “Services”). We designed Uncovr to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the Services:
- Your account — the email address you use to create an account and sign in, handled through our authentication provider so your lists stay in sync across your devices.
- Your lists — the items you save to your Favorites and To-Buy lists.
That is the extent of the personal information we collect. We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos; we do not track you across other apps or websites; and we do not use third-party advertising.
How we use information
We use your information solely to operate the Services — to sign you in and to store and sync the lists you create. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with the service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and authentication), which are bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Data retention and your choices
We keep your information only while your account is active. You can edit or clear your lists at any time in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and its associated data by emailing contact@uncovrtech.com.
Data security
We protect your information using encryption in transit and at rest and access controls appropriate to the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
