These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile apps and websites (the “Services”) provided by Uncovr Technologies Inc. (“Uncovr,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and you agree to provide accurate account information.

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems;
• copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by law; or

Intellectual property

The Services — including their software, design, text, and logos — are owned by Uncovr and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your lists).

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncovr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
